The Lord Caradoc is a Wetherspoon pub located in the centre of Port Talbot close to both the bus and railway stations. Good atmosphere with a varied clientele from shoppers to regulars. There are 3 regular ales seen in most Wetherspoon pubs on offer and usually three guest ales, which are often from South Wales regional and micro breweries.

History:- The pub is named after Caradoc ap Iestyn, first of the Lords of Afan, who built a wooden stronghold here in the mid 12th century. Before World War II, there was a gentlemen’s outfitters on the site. which closed down in the 1980s. The walls are adorned with photographs of the town from times gone by and famous people from the area.
