The Farmers Arms is located on the edge of Pontarddulais town centre, surrounded by residential properties and retail outlets along the main road into town. This friendly pub seems to attract all types of customers making conversation easy. There is a large traditionally decorated bar area and a separate lounge/function room. Whilst outside, there is a good-sized car park at the rear and two outdoor drinking areas on either side. Under new management since June 2025, there is one real ale handpump on the main bar, with another due to be installed soon after the Survey visit to the pub (July 2025), which will be used for rotating Ales. They plan to reinstate Lunches in the Autumn of 2025.
