Impressively refurbished a few years ago in a contemporary modern style. This family friendly pub and restaurant set in the heart of the village, consists of a traditional pub bar at the front, a smaller lounge area at the side and a defined restaurant seating area at the rear. Food is served in all areas including Breakfasts served Tues-Sat, from 9am until Midday. The refurbishment also included the outside rear area of the pub, which in addition to a terraced patio and a large children's play area, there is a 1/4 sized Astro-turfed soccer pitch/basketball court, which is very popular with families.
