Run by the same family since 1992, this popular gastro pub is splendidly located right on the foreshore of Swansea Bay and has wonderful views of the bay from its elevated conservatory restaurant and its family friendly beer garden. A favourite stopping off point for both walkers and cyclists using the adjacent coastal path, it has one main lounge bar accessed at the road side of the building, with its adjoining conservatory restaurant to the rear and a function room downstairs. In quieter periods, only one Cask Ale may be available. During busy periods, such as Sunday Lunches, this pub often gets fully booked with diners and inside tables may not be available for passing drinkers, so it may be advisable to check in advance. Closing times may vary according to trade. In 2025 they opened the downstairs function room as a new Café Bar called "Awel Y Mor". Which is accessed via the rear garden and is open Wednesday to Sunday 10am - 3pm. This has its own bar, but has a limited drinks range and no Cask Ale is served downstairs.
