Sadly the owning group Whitbread announced in July 2026, that this Beefeater and all other UK Beefeaters would close to the public on Thursday 10th September 2026, which has now happened! This individual Beefeater pub has been put up for sale as a going concern, leasehold property by agents Christie & Co.

Original Pub Description:- As the name implies, this Beefeater pub and restaurant is located in a prime spot alongside the waterfront within a major redevelopment of part of the Swansea docks area called SA1. It shares a large block with a Premier Inn hotel and a Tesco Express, but is on the waterside of the building. Within there is a large L-shaped room with separate seating areas for the bar and restaurant. It opens early to serve breakfasts, primarily for guests in the adjacent Premier Inn hotel, but also for the public. Alcohol service starts at Noon.
